ShopOfBD wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligible Returns

You may return a product if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival — report within 48 hours of delivery
  • You received the wrong product or wrong size — contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact (especially jerseys and shoes)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn jerseys, shoes, or equipment
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items reported after the time limits above
  • Custom or personalised products (if offered)

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refund time to your account may vary by payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 7–10 working days
  • Online payment (SSLCommerz): Refund to original payment method within 7–10 working days

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email info@shopofbd.net with your order number, product name, and reason for return
  2. Attach clear photos if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship approved returns to: Chitosi Road, Ramganj, Lakshmipur-3720, Bangladesh
  5. After inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size (e.g. jersey or shoes), contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may need to pay any price difference or additional shipping.
